S & F in repair PVC (SWR) Pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of surface of wall/chajja and applying a coat of Tapecrete P-151/Cemcrete acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound as in padding over roof slab and benching etc, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: WPC shall measured and paid seperately.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in CM (1:4) including finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Integral water proofing compound confirming to IS-2645-2003 of approved make complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.exc 250 Ltr but n.exc 500 ltr in capacity (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning all around at the mouth of existing rain water pipe properly at terrace, wetting and grouting with CM 1:4 and mixed with 3% water proofing compound, area of each grouting n. exc. 0.10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brickwork with fly ash bricks,Modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement based paint on wall surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparing of undecorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintel hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment including brick (roof) tiles and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) Providing and applying fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of Hybrid PU polymers by self priming with 30% water dilution and let it dry for 4-6hrs. Further apply 2 coats of waterproofing treatment fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of hybrid PU polymers in a gap of 4-6hrs. The applied material should have specific gravity of 1.25g/cc with minimum recommended coverage of 1sqm/litre to built DFT of 650 microns. the cured membrane shall exhibit - 1. ) Tensile Strength ASTM D412 : 1.4-2.5 MPa 2.) Elongation ASTM D412 : 400-500% 3.) Adhesion Strength : >2N/sqm as per ASTM D4541 4.) Crack Bridging Ability : >3-4mm as per AS/NZS 4548:5:1999 5.) Water Permeability : NIL as per DIN 1048 (c) Providing and installing non-woven geo-textile membrane 40-50gsm with overlaps of 50mm in both directions over the Ist coat when the surface is still tacky.

M&L uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 20 cm of trunk to any type of plants grown along the pipes or walls chajjas, parapets and roof of building and removing all roots from structure and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the roof to avoid further growth and making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site to match the existing surface and removing the rubbish to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed NOTE: The work shall be executed up to 15.00m height of bldg with all safety measures and no extra payment shall be paid to contractor on this account.
