Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification as per Table 400.12 including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller and tendem rollers to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetera as per technical specification clause 406 and as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge by mechanical means including entire carriage of material with in all leads , lifts. and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ) including with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The rates are inclusive octrol,royality,Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) made of H.P.C.L , B.P.C.L , Indian oil corporation using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg/per sqm (zero point two two five) kilogram per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications clause 503 as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick dense graded bituminous macadam with with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 (Seventy five) Tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II as per table 500-8 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface and filler of specified material VG-30 (VG-thirty ) at the rate of 4.5 percent (four point five percent) minimum by weight of mix and filler, 2 percent (Two percent) transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H specifications Clause 501.6 and 501.7 as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge complete in all respect including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 (Seventy five) Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with bituminous binder and filler of specified material VG-30 (viscosity grade -thirty) Made of H.P.C.L , B.P.C.L , Indian oil corporation at the rate of 5.5 percent (five point five percent) minimum by weight of mix and filler, 2 percent (Two percent) transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing cat eyes make (3M) (three metre) of size 100×20 mm (one hundred into twenty millimetre), made of heavy-duty body shall be molded dual shank ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acolyretrite) or HP (High Impact Polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion-resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 N tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35° ± 5° (thirty five degree plus minus five degree) to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm² of each area side including entire carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms(two point five zero gram) per sqm area, with road marking materials with 20%(twenty percent ) glass beads having reflective index of 1.5 (one point five millimeter) and 75% (seventy five percent) spherical and indigenous or foreign plant having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 degree(twenty five to thirty degree) more than the climate temperature of the area in a width of 0.10 (zero point ten metre) strips in specified colour as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
