REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF DISPERSAL AREA VIZ PAINTING LINES DASHES, HELIPAD PAINTING OF SURROUNDING AREA AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE AT INS SHIKRA UNDER GE(NW) NOFRA

Demolition of Cement concrete of any strength in ground floor and pavings (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to out side MD land upto 60 KM as per BMC guidelines, complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete type 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base including laying and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (RMC) of thickness 200 mm, of flexural strength 40 Kg/ Sqcm in field as per design mix (with maximum size of coarse aggregates upto 40mm), using minimum 400 Kg/cum and not exceeding 400 Kg/cum of cement including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including form work for butt nosing, rounding off edges , curing , spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (ii) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only polyster triangular fibres /non circular fibres (Recron triangular fibre type CT 2012 12mm) having tensile strength 4000-6000 Kg/cm2, designed for melting point more than 250 degree celsius @ 0.25% by weight of cement in controlled pavement quality cement concrete and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality (as per ASTM D 2103,IS-2508) laid with side and end overlapping not less than 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, complete all as specified.

M&L for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, on 200mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out damaged/deteriorated old sealing compound 16 to 30 mm wide & 40mm average depth of existing joints with air blower and filling with 30mm dia polyethyelene rod and balance gap with polyurethane joint sealient upto top surface (suitable for old rigid pavement) including applying suitable primer for proper bonding with polyurethane joint sealient (suitable tape to be applied on both side of joint before sealing joints and remove after filling of joints) etc complete and all as specified.

Racking out damaged/deteriorated old sealing compound upto 15 mm wide & 40 mm average depth of joints with air blower and filling with 12mm dia polyethyelene rod and balance gap with polyurethane joint sealient upto top surface (suitable for old rigid pavement) including applying suitable primer for proper bonding with polyurethane joint sealient ( suitable tape to be applied on both side of joint before sealing joints and remove after filling of joints) etc complete and all as specified.

Racking out damaged/deteriorated old sealing compound 16 to 30 mm wide & 30mm average depth of existing joints with air blower ( if required) priming the joints surfaces with Primer & sealing the joints with polyurethane joint sealient (suitable for new rigid pavement) ( suitable tape to be applied on both side of joint before sealing joints and remove after filling of joints) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and also included disposing the debris as obtained from demolition to the outside of MD land.
