Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of electric connections, complete all as specifed and as directed.

NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

S&F in replacement thread type lamp holder procelain base / as per sample for flame proof fitting complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&Fin replacement thread based LED lamp 14Watt suitable for existing lamp holder proided under Ser item No 17here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cost of necessary connection wire FRLSH making connection shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Re-fixing of static discharge handle dislocated from its original position all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of any minor repairs to the wall surface, screws, nut bolts, washers etc required for the purpose shall deemed to be included in quoted rates)

S&F in replacment of copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm buried in ground or fixed on wall connecting at ends, nuts and bults, jointing alongwith suitable size of PVC / ceramic insulators as directed Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and taking out old damaged earth pit PCC chamber with cover and M& L for preparation of new PCC chamber and pit cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 all all as shown electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing of dislocated aluminium / GI strip / Copper strip of any size and at any height to its place after proper straightening on insulators using required size of screws for proper fixing of strip insulators complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - The cost of any type of job like drilling, welding, screws etc. required for fixing of strip and required insulators on the any size / type on existing surface like PCC wall, asbestos sheet, etc. at site shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Re fixing of dislocated aluminium terminal rod of any size and at any height using required suitable nut and bolts , screws etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down distroted / broken Aluminium strip of any size including removal of broken / distroted insulators from the roof / along the wall / floor and making smooth the disturbed surface with minor masonry repairs as required and all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement conctere (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for replacement of block of suitable size including necessary form work for grouting of porcelain/PVC insulators on the roof (appx. 35 feet above GL) and making good to PCC pavement/road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - (i) Size of PCC block required for erection of GI pipe-air termination arrangement shall be approved by Engieer-in-charge (ii) The quoted unit rate shall deemed to be inclusive of arrangements required for fixing of PCC blocks at any height and on any surface.

S&F in replacement air termination single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long at any height, to be screwed and sturdily fixed to GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos.) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- PCC block and GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

S&F aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm for lighting protection at any height on roof / along the wall / floor duly fixed on suitable size of PVC / ceramic insulators with a gap of not greater than 1 mtr between two inslators complete all as secified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of insulators of required size and screws for proper fixing of strip shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

All as per serial item No 28 here-in-before but GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with 32×6 mm galvanized iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber and pit cover in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point as indicated and testing on completion including dismantling and removing old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified all as directed. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). M&Lfor replacement test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain/PVC insulators on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level or slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs/replacement 40mm dia. GI pipe, light grade, burried in trenches/ as support / on walls / surface as earth continuity protection pipe for strip etc complete all as specified andas directed.

M& L for testing of lighting protection system & earthing (except new earthing ) at various locations in Tech Area in the presence of of Engineer -in -Charge by removing all earthing connections from the earth test points and measuring the resistance of earthing & lightning protection network using an earth tester (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) The test results of lightening protection and earthing shall be recorded during testing and the defective earthings & lightening protection systems shall be noted/recorded on test result sheet and shall be signed by JE, Enginer-in-charge and contrctor and kept on record . Items to be repaired/ to be renewed must be noted down during recording of test of earthing and lighting protection system complete all as specifiedsnd as directed. NOTE: (i) The earthing showing test result beyond 5 ohms are to be renewed and will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii). Meter for measuring the resistance of each earthing and conncted accessories will be arranged by the contractor.

S&F in replacemetof existing old any type of light fittings, LED Endura Well Glass light 40watt, pressure die cast aluminum housing, 240V, including necessary fittings with suitable in-built electronic driver complete all as directed and as specified and as directed. NOTE: - The cost of all minor spares and jobs required for fixing of light fixture on wall and for electrical connections shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
