REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS AT BADDOWAL AND MOGA UNDER GE LUDHIANA

Scarifying or picking existing gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm (average 75mm) and segregating serviceable stone metal for re-using and removal of debris from site to a distance upto 50 metres spread & leveled complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat over existing black top surfaces with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-10 bitumen of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix) including mixed with waste plastic @ 6 % to 8 % of weight of bitumen as per clause 5.2 of SP 98-2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as per clause 508 of MoRTH & IRC specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix) including mixed with waste plastic @ 6 % to 8 % of weight of bitumen as per clause 5.2 of SP 98-2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as per clause 508 of MoRTH & IRC specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix), spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as per clause 504 of MoRTH & IRC specifications , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- BC wearing coat shall be laid on the same day over BM without extra tack coat. If BC is not laid on the same day, tack coat @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm of bitumen shall be sprayed over BM without any extra cost.

M&L for providing and consolidating 40 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM grading - II) using paving bitumen (VG-30) minimum 4.5% by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix), spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as per clause 507 of MoRTH & IRC specifications , complete all as specified and directed. Note :-BC wearing coat shall be laid on the same day over DBM without extra tack coat. If BC is not laid on the same day, tack coat @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm of bitumen shall be sprayed over DBM without any extra cost.

Providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description by using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per clause 803 of MoRTH & IRC-35 specifications, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs Metal Tubular Dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Speed Breakers / Bumps in black & yellow colour of size W 250 mm x L 750mm and 50 mm thick of model No- DA-1004 fixing with nails/ screws on road complete all as specified and directed.
