The purchaser reserves right to procure entire or bulk quantity [minimum 80% of Net Procurable Quantity] from the RCF approved vendorsfor Item Id 2400048 of RCF vendor directory or their authorized dealers only.Status of the firm will be reckoned as on the date of tenderopening. Offers of developmental vendors appearing in U-VAM for Item Id 2400048 of RCF vendor directory (without any condition for prototype/fieldtrial clearance) can be considered for developmental order up to 20% of NPQ. All other terms regarding placement of orders on approved/developmental firms is as per attached docume

Offers of firms on whom developmental order with capacity cum- capability assessment and/or prototype inspection of RCF/Other PU/OtherZonal Railway is pending i.e. Final prototype inspection certificate has not been issued till tender opening date, will not be considered for anyorder.

The firms who are not approved source, shall attach the tender specific authorization certificate from approved source issued for this tender,failing which their offer will be summarily rejected.

Firm's to quote any deviations regarding commercial or technical to be quoted at the deviation column only. Any deviations quoted / attached any where else will not be considered.

The bidders should not merely quote Entry Tax or Toll Tax etc. extra, as the rates quoted without specific rates will not be considered, and if the same becomes applicable, the same have to be borne by the suppliers. Therefore, if the bidders desire to claim such charges, they should quote specific rate of tax or duty.

Tenderer has to mention the local content in the item clearly. GOI guidelines regarding Make in India initiative as available at 13.8.1 of tender booklet is applicable.
