Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing 100 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-9 confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ductile iron (DI) fittings 100 mm to 350 mm bore for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket type etc), tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot etc), collars, caps & plugs etc. conforming to IS 9523 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with heavy duty stainless steel spindle conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 100 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60 cmx 60 cm x60 cm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (nominal mix) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally, external plaster shall be up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet/plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including40X40X 6mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x6mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 230X200X100mm, including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil including demolition of old valve pitcomplete all as specified & directed.

Cutting the existing road of 3.65 m wide and pathway as per site requirement for laying various size of DI pipe under the road and making good distrubed surface as per existing road/ pavement/ PCC surface complete all as specified and as directed.
