Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia, steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing of Powder coated aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to 15: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions Le, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws,all hardware fittings and fixtures all complete as per directions.

Providing and fixing of 19mm thick (water proof) marine ply of approved brand cabinets, shelves, drawers, tables ALMIRAH, etc all shutters and edges of visible sides of 19mm ply shall be fixed with 15mm thick hard wood margin, all exposed faces inside as well out side have to finished with lamination (thickness Imm minimum) of approved shade and make including all hardware fittings, channels, glasses, rollers, wheel rollers cover fillets, mouldings etc as per drg. Century, Jeera, Premier, Duha or equivalent 300-600 mm Deep.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick commercial ply wood with necessary screws and nails, including a coat of approved wood primer on one face, and fixed on wooden/steel frame work excluding cost of frame work but including cost of screws, nails complete job as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Providing & fixing in position high density fibre board (HDF) laminated wooden flooring with planks 8mm thick standard size, in approved colour, texture and finish. The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with under layment of 2mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface and minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco Rfriendly UV coating, including fixing of beeding and door reducer of required size, wherever required complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
