Demolition of Brickwork or stone or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for post construction, anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for anti termite treatment, treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / hard standing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified.

Dismantling aluminium partition / windows of any size and any descrirtion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium frames (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) for doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid.

Supply and fix 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard shutters/ aluminium partitions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape drilling holes required, including one pivot per shutter and one lock per door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Galvanized iron perimiter wall angle of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre, 40 mm long dry wall stainless steel screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete edges made half round, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (area of tile exceeding 0.06 sq m and not exceeding 0.11 sq m) laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.11 sq m and not exceeding 0.18 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic printed tiles, of size 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 to 8 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for Flooring with polished Vitrified tiles, dark shade, double charged/ultra charged, 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Flooring with polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolishing paver block tiles, and providing material and labour for, rubber moulded machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments, laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing chequered tiles including PCC sub base, providing, material and labour for, rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match over and including 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in CM 1:4, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old plastered surfaces, applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces, applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of leaves, dust, caked mud and other foreign material on the roof surfaces (up to six storied Bldgs.) and to make the surface good for easy clearing of rain water through rain water pipes including removal of debris outside MD land and making good the surfaces complete all as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc., required for approaching roof top.

Material and labour for removal of silt, leaves, vegetation from drains of any depth and width including taking out cover slabs of any thickness and placing back and making good the finishes and removal of sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel hollow sections, mirror polished, including fittings like bends, elbows etc(Grade SS-304)for sign boards including necessary welding, grinding to smooth finish, and fixing to walls or floors with stainless steel plates with nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, railings etc but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix,two side retro reflective sign boards, made of 3 mm thick coloured ACP (aluminimum composite panel) sheet of make Alstrong / Aludecor/ Alucobond/ Eurobond/ Armstrong as approved by GE, including writing / pasting of words / figures / numbers / logos of any size / pattern & height with self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade tape (Radium tape) of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i) The words / figure / number / logos, shall be computer aided machine cut, ii) Frame work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items, iii) Earthwork & excavation / demolition if necessary will be measured and paid for under respective items. iv) Quoted rate shall include for necessary scaffolding, hire charge of cranes etc for fixing of board at required heights.
