Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials complete (Measurement to be taken on compacted section only) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) for concrete pavement by using 4cm size black hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality and from approved quarry, including lowering, laying concrete, vibrating, watering curing, centering & shuttering etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

RCC M25 in having compressive strength of 25mpa, target mean strength of 30mpa, for 150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-21-2000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 20mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality and from approved quarry & other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering & form woh all leads & lift, cost of all labour T&P, & equipment required for mixing, transporting & placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing & curing including all incidental expenses complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. but excluding the cost of M.S. roads or Tor steel and binding wire & labour charges for bending binding & tying the grills etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge COLUMN BASE

Rods or Tor steel, using SAIL/TATA/RINL (grade Fe 500D) etc. including bending, binding, welding joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing required no of fan hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge
