Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Credit for taking away existing M.S pipes including dismantling the same and making good the surface all complete as directed by Engieering in Charge. Note:- It may please be noted that this credit item in Schedule of Quantities (SOQ) is negative item and the rate against this item may be quoted in the discount section of price component-item section. If the rate against this item is quoted in the price section then the amount quoted by the bidders against this negative item shall be deducted from the total quoted amount to work out the position (financial quote) of bidders in the comparative statement.

Extra for fixing stainless steel bollard (Over and above corresponding basic item) at specified locations as per drawing including making holes, core cutting in granite floor / concrete base wherever required including repairing the hole after insertion of bollard etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing all complete etc as per the directions of Eingineering in Charge (The cost of SS Bollards will be measured and paid in basic item at Sl.No.1)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 40 mm thick

Providing and placing PVC road crash barrier of size 2000 mm X 400 mm X 1000 mm height of make NILKAMAL/ FRONTIER or equivalent in required colour and shade. The barrier material shall be high impact Resistance, Non- Fading, UV stabilized, 100% interlocking, can folloow curves and bends and 90 degree, 70 mm wide chevron reflective tape on top surface, water Ballast - 100 Ltrs all complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.
