Part-1 Service

Round 'O' Clock shift for operation of Sewage Treatment Plant at NAPS Township and Pump houses (water supply) at NAPS Township, CISF Complex & Plant site by deploying in 04 crews each consists of 04 operators thus total 16 operators. One operation means deployment of three shifts (12 operators) each for 08 hours.

Removing the stone aggregate and sand from the filter beds (Drying Beds) and re-use after cleaning, supplying and placing new stone aggregate of different sizes {63mm(0.5 Cum), 40mm(0.5 Cum),20mm (1 cum),12.5mm (2.7 CuM) & coarse sand (badarpur) (7.2 CuM)} of approved quality as per requirement as directed by EIC and surplus material disposing off in low-lying areas.

Removing the sludge etc. from the sludge drying beds (Bed Size 11.37 Mtr. x 6.33 Mtr. Appx.) and stacking the removed sludge within a distance of 500m including rectification & Placing already supplied new coarse sand (badarpur) against item No.34 of Part-2 (Supply items) needed as directed by the EIC.

Removing effluent/sludge for cleaning and disposing of same within a distance of 500m including Supplying & painting with bitumen paint on internal surface, piping arrangements, parts etc. as directed by the EIC complete job including making arrangements for functioning the units in services.

Primary clarifiers(Size 7.90 mtr dia x 2.28 mtr height), aerators (Size 9.15 mtr dia x 3.04 mtr height) and secondary clarifiers (Size 9.15 mtr dia x 3.04 mtr height) at STP. Frequency of cleaning once in year each unit .

Raw sewage sump. Frequency of cleaning once in a year.

Chlorination sump. Frequency of cleaning once in a year.

Cleaning of primary clarifiers, secondary clarifiers, aerators etc. by deploying services of one unskilled cleaner on all days and as directed by EIC.

Maintenance, overhauling & replacement of spares for STP, Swimming pool and domestic water pump house equipments at NAPS/CISF Township & Plant site, by deploying 03 technicians (01 MECHNIC, 01 ELECTRICIAN & 01 PLUMBER) and one helper as directed by EIC. Total maintenance of STP & all pumphouses etc will be the responsibility of these three technicians, hence trained technicians to be deployed for this work. Note : Eight working hours duty per person will be considered as one activity.

Cleaning of main overhead water tank (Township & CISF Complex) including underground water tank (including de-watering) wall surfaces & bottom surface cleaning using bleaching Powder & Potassium permagnate (KMNO4) for cleaning as directed by EIC. All the material like as Bleaching powder, Potassium permagnate etc. are in the scope of contractor. Note : 1. Frequency of Cleaning once in 6 months duration. 2. Date of cleaning has to be written by paint (Provided by contractor) at existing location after re-painting the base.

Cleaning of water storage tanks using bleaching powder & KMNO4, attached to all residential & public buildings both domestic & flushing tanks & making minor repair of valves & covers if necessary to operate & placed in correct position as directed by engineer. All the tanks has to be cleaned within 3 months duration. List No.1 of tanks is enclosed with technical specification. Note:1. Frequency of cleaning once in 6 months duration immediatey after cleaning of over head water tank. 2. The cleaning material like as Bleaching powder, Potassium permagnate etc. are in the scope of contractor. 3. Date of cleaning has to be written by paint (Provided by contractor) at existing location after re-painting the base.

Cleaning of foreign material from the sluice valve chambers and placing back the cover in position after cleaning & disposing the rubbish in low-lying area as directed by EIC. List No.2 of Chambers is enclosed with technical specification. Frequency of Cleaning once in 6 months duration.

Cleaning of under ground water tanks at Guest House, SPH & Trainee Hostel including de-watering, Wall surface & bottom surface cleaning using bleaching Powder & Potassium permagnate (KMNO4) as directed by EIC. All the material like as Bleaching powder, Potassium permagnate etc. are in the scope of contractor. Note : 1. Frequency of Cleaning once in 6 months duration. 2. Date of cleaning has to be written by paint (Provided by contractor) at existing location after re-painting the base.

Trainees Hostel

Cleaning of silt / obstacles etc. from inspection chambers, man holes and roding, to clear sewer line between the chambers and disposing off the silt / obstacles in low lying areas in NAPS Township as directed by EIC. Frequency of Cleaning once in year.

For man hole chambers List No.3 of Manhole chambers is enclosed with technical specification.

For inspection chamber List No.4 of Inspection chambers is enclosed with technical specification.

Supplying laying, replacing & jointing glazed stoneware pipes - 150mm dia, with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 part of cement : 1 part of Coarse sand) including testing of joints etc. complete as per directions of EIC.

Bacteriological analyzing of drinking water of NAPS Township & CISF Complex etc and analyzing of sewage samples of Sewage treatment plant at NAPS township to be sent in standard test glass bottle provided by contractor for testing in NABL approved lab and submitting the Test report at the office of EIC for following analysis: Please read Clause 3.20.3 of SCC for penalty

Drinking Water Analysis for Coliform & E-Coli as per IS / APHA once in six months for entire period of contract as per direction of EIC. (Two sample - One from NAPS Township & one from CISF Colony in every six months duration)

Sewage Inlet Inffluent of STP as per IS / APHA for Total Suspended solids (TSS) mg/l, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) at 20 degree C for 5 days mg/l, pH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) mg/l, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) mg/l, Total Nitrogen mg/l & Fecal Colifarm MPN/100ml, once in a month for entire period of contract as per directions of EIC.

Sewage Outlet Effluent of outlet discharge from NAPS Township STP as per IS / APHA for Total Suspended solids (TSS) mg/l, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) at 20 degree C for 5 days mg/l, pH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) mg/l, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) mg/l, Total Nitrogen mg/l & Fecal Colifarm MPN/100ml, once in a month for entire period of contract as per directions of EIC.

Sewage Aerator Water sample from NAPS Township STP as per IS / APHA for Mixed Liquor Suspended (MLSS) mg/l, two in a month (From Aerator 1 & 2) for entire period of contract as per directions of EIC

Cleaning of existing fountains (including de-watering) wall & bottom surface using bleaching Powder provided by contractor as directed by EIC. Note: Six number total fountains to be cleaned on Twice in a monthly. (List of fountains attached in Technical specification as per List No. -5)

Cleaning of drain from temple (Outside NAPS Township boundary wall) to Opp. of CISF gate by removing of dirt/sludge and disposing of same within a distance of 1.5 Km. Frequency once in a month for entire period of contract as per directions of EIC.

Calibration & sealing of water meter per year through senior inspector legal metrology (weight and measurement) Anoopshahr (Ten number water meter every year) Please read Clause 3.20.4 of SCC for penalty

Maintenance and replacement of damage parts of Borewell Submersible pumps & motors of following, including all spares like as Adjusting Collar, Alen Bolts, Bush upper & lower, Cable grommet, Circlip, Nuts, O'ring, oil seal, Impaller, D.O.L. bush, Neck ring etc & motor winding, including transportation to and from site to be arranged by contractor. If any defect arises within one year duration from the date of maintenance will be done free of cost.

Approx. 1 HP to 1.5 HP

Maintenance and replacement of damage parts of openwell submersible pump & motors etc. of following, including all spares like as Adjusting Collar, Alen Bolts, Bush upper & lower, Cable grommet, Circlip, Nuts, O'ring, oil seal, Impaller, D.O.L. bush, Neck ring etc & motor winding all complete, including transportation to and from site to be arranged by contractor. If any defect arises within one year duration from the date of maintenance will be done free of cost.

Approx. 7.5 HP to 10 HP

Maintenance and replacement of damage parts of borewell Submersible pumps & motors (Appx. 17.5 HP to 25 HP) including all spares like as Adjusting Collar, Alen Bolts, Bearing Bush upper & lower, Cable grommet, Ceiling wire, Circlip, Coupling, keys, Nuts, O'ring, oil seal, Impaller, D.O.L. bush, Neck ring etc. & motor winding all complete, through authorised representaive of M/s. Rockwell including transportation to and from site to be arranged by contractor. If any defect arises within one year duration from the date of maintenance will be done free of cost.

Deploying unskilled manpower for various official functions in NAPS T/Ship like Sports events, DAE Cultural program, National function, AECS function, Union activity, CSR activity etc. Note :1. Eight working hours duty per person will be considered as one activity. 2. Manpower may be required during night functions also.

Providing services of Skilled manpower for supervision activity of various civil works, preparation of STP reports, monitoring of STP system, punching of Data, recording and taking measurement, Entry of file & documents for dispatch etc.
