CIVIL WORKS PORTION :-

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) :Flush/ Ruled pointing

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work 25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M - 30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class-B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc.complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.

Brick work with modular extruded brunt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth :Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar

ELECTRICAL WORKS PORTION :-

Providing pipe type earthing with 40mm. dia. G.l. pipe or 20 mm dia. G.l. Rod complete with all materials as per specification no. EA-EP

Supplying, erecting & marking SPMCB 6A to 32A, C-series (for motor/power) in provided distribution board as per specification no. SW-SWR/MCB

Supplying and erecting metal clad distribution board 240V, 2 way, 16A per way & neutral bar connector complete erected on iron / GI frame as per specification no. SW?SWR/MDB

Supplying and erecting shockproof T. switch 16 A porcelain base surface mounting type / flush mounting type erected on filled polypropylene board or polished thick varnished double wooden block/folded or screwed board with top of either wooden/ 3 mm thick hylam sheet/ 4mm thick plywood pasted with1.5 mm thick Laminate with S M screws and duly connected.

Supplying and erecting shockproof 3 pin plug socket 6A with porcelain base / flush type erected on filled polypropylene board or polished thick varnished double wooden block / folded or screwed board with top of either wooden / 3 mm thick hylam sheet/ 4mm thick plywood pasted with 1.5 mm thick Laminate with S M screws and duly connected.

Point wiring for light/fan/bell in 20 mm ISI marked HMS PVC conduit with 1.5 sq.mm (2+1E) FR grade copper wire, flush type switch, earthing and required accessories as per specification No: WG-PW/SW

Supplying & erecting LED 18W tube light fitting (4 feet) with polycarbonate housing, heat sink, integrated HF electronic driver complete.

Supplying and erecting five star rated energy saving Ceiling fan 230 V A.C. 50 cycles 1200 mm complete erected in position as per specification no. FG-FN/CF

Supplying and erecting electronic type step regulator for ceiling fan 600/ 900/ 1200/ 1400 mm. sweep, complete erected on provided switch board.

Supplying & erecting mains with 2x2.5 sq.mm F.R copper PVC insulated wire laid in provided conduit/trunking/inside pole/Bus bars or any other places. as per specification No: WG?MA/BW

Providing, erecting and commissioning 2 pole RCCB only of electromagnetic type with 30/100/300 mA sensitivity and having capacity of 40A complete as per specification no. SW?RCCB/RCCB

Supplying and erecting fresh air cum exhaust fan of light duty 250 V A.C. 50 cycles 300mm. 1400 RPM rust proof body & blades, wire mesh, duly erected in an approved manner.

RO UNIT PORTION :-

Supply installation and commissioning of RO+UV 1000Ltr. Per hour with 2 ton chiller ,water ATM with raw water pump , high pressure pump (centrifugal pump) as per design including sand filter 13"x54", activated carbon filter 13"x54", anti scalling dozing system, cartridge filter housing, membrane housing,RO membrane, RO S.S.skid,UPVC/CPVC pipeline,RO instrumention and control panel,PH ehancer system , Cool jar,etc. all complete job as per the instruction of Eng.in.charge.
