The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years at least one work of Construction of Stations/Transmission Lines/ Erection of Towers/Maintenance or rectification work of EHV Transmission lines/ One Terminal Bay of 66KV class or above voltage class on Total Turn Key, Partial Turnkey basis for the last five financial years in KPTCL/PGCIL/NHPC/NTPC/ any Govt., or public sector under takings & produce experience and performance certificate duly signed by competent authorities not below the rank of the Executive Engineer Electrical, which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid
The Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission
details of other works on hand and ongoing contractual commitments
The Bidder must not have Black listed by ESCOMS/other electrical utilities/who are in the business of distribution of power
The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the Bidder may result in rejection of bid.
An undertaking to source the supply of equipment/ material from KPTCL approved vendors only
Certificate is to be uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from the approved vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure XVIII of the tender documents
The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number, PAN Card
EPF and ESI registration Certificate
Self declaration regarding Risk & Cost
Any other documents as per tender documents
A Certificate is required to be uploaded by Bidder regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India in the format as specified in the clause No.1.5 of Annexure XVIII of the tender documents
