Earth work in excavation in all soil other than soft and hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation in all soils except soft and hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and as directed by engineer in charge. , within a lead of 50 m.
Earthwork in surface excavation in all soils (not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan) and including disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and 1.5m lead disposed earth to be levelled & neatly dressed, with all lead and lifts including all material, Labour, tools and plants etc., and as directed by engineer in charge.
Lead charges for the 1 KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively

Close timbering in foundations and trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.
Plain Cement Concrete M10 mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Portland Slag Cement conforming to conforming to IS 455 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, for mudmat, plinth protection, storm water drains, coping etc. complete as specified and directed. Note: GGBS Pozzalanas should not be more than 50% of weight of cement and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Mix of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 350 Kg/CuM) up to specified level using using Portland Slag Cement (PSC) conforming to IS 455 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Birla, Coromandal, , KCP make) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm/ 6mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork as specified and directed. NOTE:- GGBS Pozzalanas should not be more than 50 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only
a) Below plinth level including grade slab and trenches using max 20mm aggregate
b) Above plinth level using max 20mm aggregate

Extra for adding "EPCO KP-200" of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or its approved equivalent corrosion inhibiting admixture to the concrete at the rate 2 kgs per cubic meter of concrete or as specified by the manufacturer This admixture is to be added into wet concrete during mixing operation as per the manufacturer’s specifications and as directed.
Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil of CEMOL on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. The rates quoted are applicable upto a height of 25m

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for stilt of quarters etc. Note: Measurement for payment will be made based on levels on compaction of layer ).
Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with high yield strength deformed bars confirming to IS 1786 with TM Treated steel of Tata, Vizag,Sail make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to IS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer/ make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239 of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed for spouts of toilets, balcony, water tanks etc.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels complete and as directed.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.
Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) cement bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure etc.,
Brick work using quality flyash cement brciks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.
Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 finished smooth finish including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, structural grooves if necessary, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Providing cement based putty of thickness for internal surfaces not less than 1mm in two coats of M/s Birla/ JK make at all heights above plinth level,on brick wall/ concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing smmoth including filling cracks with sutitable filler complete as directed.
Sand faced plaster 18 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:5 with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, 6 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary structural grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Providing cement based putty for external surfaces of thickness not less than 1mm in two coats of M/s Birla/ JK make at all heights above plinth level,on brick wall/ concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing smmoth including filling cracks with sutial filler complete as directed.
Providing and fixing plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150mm wide manufactured out of hot dipped galvanised iron of nominal thickness 0.35mm size 25mm x 25mm with a zinc coating of 120gms per sqm along route of walls chipped for services, junction between RCC and brick walls including cost of materials, labour for fixing complete as per specifications.
Providing two coats of approved best quality Anti-corrosive Bitumen based paint confirming to IS:9862 over one coat of compatible primer of M/s Shalimar product or approved brand on exterior surfaces of underground concrete surfaces of structures below plinth including preparing the surfaces, filling, cleaning, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed for all surfaces of structural members below ground .
Painting with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved brand and manufacture (equivalent product- Apcolite premium emlsion) paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger,including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour
Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of antifungus and emulsion paint having 100% acrylic, of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required, applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.
Painting steel surfaces with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.
Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete/gsb/solling surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed
Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
