M&L for repair and comprehensive maintenance of moudular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (Make Samsung) system (22 x 3 HP, 12 x 2 HP ) equipped with invertor, compressors, acrylic precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item required for replacement like as copper tubling gasket pumps, fan motor etc through authorised service provider for the complete plant by servicing/replacing any type spare parts as and when required to outdoor, indoor units including compressor, condensor, PCBs, valves, fan motors, piping, insulation refrigerant during the period of contract and in one year liability period complete all specified and as directed.

NOTE (for Serial Items No. 1 & 2) (i) one year guarantee certificate to be submit by the contractor before completion of work (ii) The cost of thermocol foams and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (ii) Spare parts like as PCBs, Harmony, thermistors, drain pump & motor shall be measured & paid as Supply only seperatly under respective item No. 3 to 16 of this schedule. Fixing charges of spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and fixing new Fan PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03341A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new SUB (HUB) PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03342A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new Invertor PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03526A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new Main Display PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03340A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new EMI PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB93-13529A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new Drain pump complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung/Carrier/Blue Star/Voltas

M&L for insulation for drain pipes and condensor copper pipes as per existing type rubber insulating materials suitable for VRF Plant ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2.5 sq.mm three core sheated cable for connection between indoor unit inluding with accessories PVC conduit of size 15/20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The VRF AC Plant must be repaired or serviced through OeM (Carrier and Samsung) or his authorized Service Centre. Necessary documents as required to be submitted by the bidder to Engineer-in-Charge prior qualifying of the bidding.

AIR CONDITIONER - WINDOW TYPE/SPLIT TYPE

M&L for Servicing of Window type Air conditioner of various capacities (1TR to 2TR) by cleaning the condensing coil and filter with mild cleanser, checking gas pressure/ leakage & rectification of minor faults if any complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing of Split type Air conditioner of various capacities (1TR to 2TR) by cleaning the condensing coil and filter with mild cleanser, checking gas pressure/ leakage & rectification of minor faults if any complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing of Split type Air conditioner of various capacities (3TR) by cleaning the condensing coil and filter with mild cleanser, checking gas pressure/ leakage & rectification of minor faults if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting unserviceable sealed compressor of Split AC (1.5 TR capacity Inverter type) and replaced with new hermatically sealed compressor of existing make and model including soldering/brazing of liquid/gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing and commissioning, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting unserviceable sealed compressor of Split AC (2.0 TR capacity Inverter type) and replaced with new hermatically sealed compressor of existing make and model including soldering/brazing of liquid/gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting unserviceable sealed compressor of Split AC (1.5 TR capacity) and replaced with new hermatically sealed compressor of existing make and model including soldering/ brazing of liquid/gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting unserviceable sealed compressor of Split AC (2.0 TR capacity ) and replaced with new hermatically sealed compressor of existing make and model including soldering/ brazing of liquid/gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes (for Srl Item No. 22 to 25) :- (i) New sealed compressors shall be procured from original manufacturer/ authorized dealer. Any locally repaired compressor will not be accepted. (ii) Contractor shall be produced original purchase voucher from original manufacturer/authorized dealer and test certificate should be submitted from the original manufacturer at the time of payment of RAR. (iii) Engineer-in-Charge shall be endorsed a certificate along with RAR/Final bill with regards that hermetically sealed compressor are procured from the original manufacturer/ authorized dealers. (iv) Refrigerant and comp oil for charging new compressor will be supplied by the contractor and cost for the same are deemed to be included in his quoted rate. (iv) Cost of any other accessories which are not included in the spares mentioned below, but required for servicibility of AC's are deemed to be included in his quoted rate.

S&F indoor unit of split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity after disconnection of old unserviceable indoor unit of Split AC (2.0 TR cap ) including soldering/ brazing of liquid /gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Make : LG/ Voltas or existing make

S&F indoor unit of split type AC 2.0 Ton capacity after disconnection of old unserviceable indoor unit of Split AC (1.5 TR capacity) including soldering/brazing of liquid /gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Labour for filling gas for 1.5 TR capacity Window/Split type AC with required quantity refrigerant gas after necessary vacuumization, sealing and leak testing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Refrigerant Gas shall be issued under Schedule 'B' Stores.

Taking down old unserviceable Split AC 1.5/ 2.0 Ton (Indoor and Outdoor unit) carried out major overhauling at workshop and refixing the same after replacement of spares, testing, cleaning, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Window AC 1.5/ 2.0 Ton carried out major overhauling at workshop and refixing the same after replacement of spares, testing, cleaning, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of old corroded outdoor type mounting bracket with new, heavy duty outdoor type mounting bracket including fixing the bracket on the wall through fastener bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Complain of Window/Split type AC shall be attended within two hours after intimation to the contractor through SMS/Whatsapp/Telephone by JE (E/M) or Engineer-in-Charge, failing which an amount of Rs 100.00/hr (beyond two hours) will be deducted from his billing amount and that complain must be rectified within 24 Hours after intimation through SMS/ Whatsapp/Telephone and in that case, Rs. 200.00/hr (beyond 24 Hours) will be deducted from his billing amount. (ii) Details of complain shall be recorded and signed by Contractor or his rep, JE(E/M) and Engineer-in-Charge.
