M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from galvanised structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (E), of size 3 core 240 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level wiyh top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nut , washers,bolts,check nuts of galvanised iron as steel ,protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade)all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1:5:3) typeA-1Mcover slab of size 42x42x10 cm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both awys with 10 mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long,bent to shape as lifting handle ,funel,wire mesh ,20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering ,charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessry earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 including testing on complition all as specified and directed. Note : Testing report should be submitted duly signed by contractor and Engr-in-charge before making payment.

Supply and fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix GI strip 32mm x 6mm burried in ground/ on wall surface on insulators complete all as specified and as directed [For Sub-Stn yard and 11 KV VCB grid earthing]

M&L hard core of broken stones n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 15 Polymer based insulation of rating 400 amps ,etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air brake gang operated switches single pole mounted and including insulator for 11 kV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carryout capacity upto 25Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection in repairs of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 12 kV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 2.5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

M & L stay assembly complete with all accessories such as mild steel galvanized flat iron stay clamp, 7/4 mild steel galvanized stay wire, mild steel galvanized stay bow, thimbles, 20mm dia mild steel galvanized stay rod and mild steel galvanized stay-plate all as shown in electrical plate No 1 chlorine of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand Cushioning for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1, flat shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed for the poles and stay.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles and stay including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and spreading required chemical to limit growth of vegetaitions all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken bricks, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregateas in plinth protection including making dummy jionts finished even & smooth without using extea cement.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F RCC cable route indicator with embrossing mark as LT cable, of size 75 cm x 15cm x 7.5cm including foundation work, duly painted with color coding as per norms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI pipes 80mm bore size tubing "light grade" in trenches/ on pole/ under road/ pathway for pretection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of heavy duty HDPE pipe 90 mm bore size in trenches/ on pole/ under road/pathway for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring holes under road pavement by blocky manually in any type of soil upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting of 150 mm bore hole in RCC drain wall from both sides and making good after lay of ppipe for cable protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
