Bulk/entire quantity to be procured from those Bidders who have satisfactory performance in the past for any of the tendered item with S. E. Rly. or Zonal Railways including the production units as per clause 2.6.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender.
Authorized dealer/agent must upload tender specific authorization from OEM failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected.
All bidders are advised to necessarily comply against parameters of technical specification attached in Annexure-II and upload the same with their offers failing which their offer will not be considered.
Only ISI MARKED materials is acceptable. Bidders must submit BIS approval certificate of OEM for the mentioned IS of the product.
