Demoliton of brick work/stone work built in cement mortar as in drain, manhole, septic tank and soak well complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 6 as in Man hole/ drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrabbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 15 mm on brick/concrete surfaces fair faces in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement and mixed with intergral water proofing compound (WPC),complete all as specified . Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item )

Supply only intergral water proofing compound,complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

ditto as per above item No 05, but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50M and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking drain pipe 150 mm Internal dia (salt glazed stoneware) set in cement mortar including packing under and haunching against side of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
