Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain and reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall ,return wall ,retaining and breast wall with 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe (D-plast)/ Finolex/ Supreme having working pressure not less than 4 kg per centimeter square (Four Kilogram per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rocks chiseling/ wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited )and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line , grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites by Engineer-in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries , materials , tools ,equipment and safety measures and incidentals . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and other incidental the rate includes octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with stone screening at the rate 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre ) type A 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre nominal size ) and binding materials at the rate 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -1 using 90mm to 45mm (Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre )size stone aggregate compacted thickness 100mm (one hundred millimetre ) by manual means as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.20 cubic metre per ten square metre and binding materials at the rate 0.06 Cubic metre per ten square metre ) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -II 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre )size stone aggregate compacted thickness 75mm(Seventy five millimetre) by mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (Zero point eight five kilogram )per square metre using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.325 kg(zero point three two five kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
