Annual Rate Contract for various pipeline works of DNPL Pipeline

Amount

Mobilisation and demobilisation charge to site/camp including tools, teckles, skilled and unskilled personnel, materials, CTE materials, diesel water pump, diesel generator etc. with excavator/hydra wherever necessary and accepted by DNPL Site- In - Charge.(Rate should include fooding and lodging of contractor personnel)

Back filling the trench

Pipeline coating removal, manual cleaning of pipe. Non sparking tools must be used.

Pipeline cleaning by shot blasting as directed by DNPL

Coating of Pipeline (coating material supplied by DNPL). Coating materials to be collected from DNPL store at Duliajan by the contractor.

CTE coating of Pipeline (coating material supplied by contractor).

Dewatering of site with high flow dewatering pump. Coast of diesel is contractor's account and pump to be supplied by contractor.

Personnel (02 no.s) for security perpose at night time while the pipeline is not fully backfilled after excavation as and when directed by DNPL.

Cement concreting around pipeline along with all necessary materials.

Earth filling on the ROW/ROU of the pipeline wherever directed. Earth supply and transportation is under contractor's scope.

sand filling including supply and carriage at the valve chamber/ROW of the pipeline wherever directed.

Sand gravel filling including supply and carriage at the road crossing portion wherever required.

Bamboo wall construction to protact erossion of the ROW/ROU.

PCC slab for pipeline protaction over ROW/ROU

Optical Fibre Cable(OFC) jointing/rectification. Scope includes supply and installation of RCC chambers with cover, laying of duct pipe, pulling OFC, supply of duct pipe and casing, splicing of OFC etc.. Jointing kit and OF Cable will be supplied by DNPL.

Installation of warning Sign Board Post at various lovcations along the pipeline as directred.

Installation of KM marker/Direction Marker/Aerial Marker Post at various locations along thr pipeline as ditrected.

Installatioon of ROW/ROU Boundary Marker post at various locations along the pipeline as directed.

Painting(on various boards, walls, surfaces etc. otherwise not mentioned here)as directed including cost of supply of paint materials, primer, suface cleaning, labour, etc. Two or more coat [email protected] ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Letter writing ( on various boards, walls, surfaces etc. otherwise not mentioned here) including cost of paint materials, labour, etc. as directed.

Warning Sign Post Painting & letter writing including cost of paint materials, labour, etc. as directed.

KM Marker Post painting and letter writing including cost of paint materials, labour, etc. as directed.

Aerial marker post painting and letter writing including cost of paint materials, labour, etc. as directed.

Direction Marker post painting and letter writing including cost of paint materials, labour, etc. as directed.

Fabrication and installation of vent post including supply of materials and coaltar paint over pipe as directed by DNPL.
