Supply & Delivery of Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing,630A 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise Two nos 500 KVA Oil Type Transformers. [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL].
Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

first filling of filtered dehydrated K Class natural Ester Oil bioTransol (as per IS 16659) and confirming to IS 1180 and losses shall be as energyefficiency Level 2 only i.e at 50% load 1.51 KW(max) & 100% load 4.3 KW(max) with an impedence of 4.5% i/c as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. Design ambient to be considered as 50 Deg C. All the balance parameter like temp rise, Basic insulation level, flux density etc shall be strictly in accordance with IS 1180 Part - 1 only. as per detailed specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section).
Installation & commissioning of 11 KV/ 433 volt, two 500 KVA Oil type distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.
SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical MV switchboard, fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG (2.0 mm) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with incoming ACBs & Outgoing MCBS and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section) [LT MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION]
Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

Making heatshrinkable joints indoor type to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits (Raychem), sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

Laying of 1 No. 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.

EARTHING
S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.
Earthing with Copper plate (610 x 610 x 3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25 x 5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section) [FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL AND DG SET EARTHING]
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe
Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).
Providing and fixing 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Making 5400mm x 2400mm x 1000mm (250mm below & 750mm above the ground level) PCC foundation (ratio 1:2:4) with 3mm thick smooth cement finish including construction of blue scope roofing shade supported onsteel stuucture consisting of atleast 4(four) vertical supports and adequate horizontal support made up of iron pipes with water prof painting on primer, capable of providing protection against rain for the DG having following dimension 4800mm x 1890mm x 2800mm (hight).
Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports , clamps, Rain protect Canopy, anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 250 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.
Terms and condition
The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
