WBM Grading 3:-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadom specification including spreading in uniform thicjness, grading-II 75mm( seventy five millimetre)consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per the technical specification coause 405. including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.85 (Zero point eight five kilograme) per Square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D.technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Bitumenious Concrete:-Providing and laying 30 mm thick bitumenious concretewith 100-120 TPH capacity batchtype computrised HMP producing an avarage out put oof 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggrigate of specified grading II premixed with VG-10 bitumenious binder as per job mix formula with minimum binder concrete of 5.4%to 5.6% of total weight of mix and filler,transportingthe hot mix to work site laying with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disered compction as per MORTH & Hspecification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.
