SCHEDULE 'A' E/M Works

Taking down carefully/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes any type etc. and making good distrubed surfaces of wall and floors etc to match with the existing colour all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) in existing concealed surface conduit for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, MS Sunken box and 3 mm thick laminated sheet ISI Marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but for one socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp on same board complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia( heavy duty ) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow, junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable lenth and 1.2mm thick), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches and socket, fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc., including cutting chases in wall and making good distrubed surface of wall/ceiling/floors etc by using CM (1:3 ) to matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing bakelite laminated sheet etc. as reqd, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 plate flush type 6 Amp 250V AC topline series with polycarbonate 20 X 50 mm two to three terminal complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Batten holder 2 Amp 250V AC with skrit ISI marked top line series , polycarbonate cased body of brass with back plate suitable for batten fittings including led 9 watt LED bulb complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing wall mounted Retro LED 20 watt, Batten decorative type, appx 4 feet long, pre wired including LED tube light 20W, 6000K with inbuilt driver complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Sleek Pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, energy saving, IP65 protection, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire with high power LED 25/30 watt complete fitting with driver, LED strip and all other accessories etc, suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket, fixing on wall with and including brackets made out of GI tubing lightwith suitable bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing with MS clamp (02 Nos) and nut bolts, including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint on bracket and clamp over a coat of red oxide primer, including making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall or as directed) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) TPN, 4 Way 433 V (8+12 modules), double door, earth bar, copper bus bar 200 Amp and neutral link, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-8623, BS-5484 dust and vermin proof, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP suitable for 230 volts AC supply 6 to 40 Amps, SP rupturing capacity not less than 10KA, C Curve ISI Marked, 1 Module including taking down old unserviceable MCB SP complete all as specified directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' curve 230 V AC, 50 Hz including necessary attachment including taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 100 amps 16KA 440 volt complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable Service cable from pole to bldg all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core including taking down unserviceable Service cable from pole to bldg all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore for protection of cable or earthing lead wire under hardstanding/fixed along poles/wall, laid in in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos- 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover 10mm thick hanged to CFI frame, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I), including dismantling of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of exhaust fan stainless steel body 300 mm sweep (BEE, 5 star rated) with louvres, 230V, single phase AC supply, hanging on wall with 4 Nos steel fastners 10mm dia 100mm long and making good the disturbed surface as per existing surfaces, and connection to fan with suitable flexible twin core round copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Srl Number of exhaust fan and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on fan with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Exhaust fan installed/hanging at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account
