Providing and fitting of 33 KV, isolator with earthing blades (36 KA, 800 Amp, Outdoor, 3P, 25 kA) at an appropriate place as per site site requirement. All the tools and tackles required for carrying out the complete job is to be arranged by the firm. (01 Set= 03 No's)

P& F of ISMC 100X 50 GI channels 24 mtr long (230.00 Kg's) as per site requirement.

P&F of ISA 65x65x5 GI Angle Braces 6 mtrs long (78.4 Kg's) as per site requirement.

Providing & fitting of 300mm X 50mm-8 rft long SS cable trays for holding 11KV Transformer output cables from yard to pump house complete in all respects.

P/ F of MS anglular supports for holding of above tray. The supports are to be fabricated out of ISA 50X50X6mm-25 mtrs as per site requirement including all charges on account of fabrication works and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/ F of MS anglular supports for resting of Power & control cables above the ground surface in the cable treaches to be cut in no. of pieces as per site requirement. The supports are to be fabricated out of ISA 40X40X5mm-28 mtrs as per site requirement including all charges on account of fabrication, cutting works and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/ F of MS Channel supports for resting of MS chequered plates in the cable treaches, to be cut in no. of pieces as per site requirement. The supports are to be fabricated out of ISMC 75-25 mtrs as per site requirement including all charges on account of fabrication, cutting works and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing / laying of 6m thick MS Chequered plate over the top of the cable trunchs to ensure hassle free movement of operational and supervisory staff. The chequred plates are to be laid in sheets of sizes 8' X 2'-22 No's & 8'x4'- 03 No's (@ 5.216 Kg/Sft) including collapsable handles to facilitate easy handlings and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/L/T &C of Chemical earthing electrodes (3M Long 80mm dia. Cu coated Pipe) along with other allied items and works for complete earthing as per IEEE rules.

Providing & laying of 4'' Dia uPVC Pipe threaded Borewell Casing type Heavy Duty for underground laying of 240 Sq.mm 1-Core HT Cable in the AVR Yard as per site requirement. 03 Runs for 03 cables each run of 9meter length=27meters (Total Lenth=27meters).
