Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth for laying of XLPE insulated Cable including getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for spreading & leveling dry clean Ganga sand in trenches for cushioning UG cable (15 cm before laying of cable and 08 cm after laying of cable ) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purpose punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for sub class old size of Brick in trenches for cable protection of LT Cables with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 80 mm dia light grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed to poles / walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as spefified and directed

S&F in replacement of 50 mm dia light grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed to poles / walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as spefified and directed

M & L for boring through existing road with trench less method for passing of UG Cable all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 400 sq mm 3.5 core ,laid in trenches /ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable cable / OH conductor all as specified and directed. Note:- Layout digram/Key plan of cable laid shall be recored in MB

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement powder coated factory made panel board outdoor type CPRI approved confirming to IP 64 protaction, of suitable size made of Robust steel sheet construction made from min 2.10 mm steel sheet with countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed gasket arround doors, with provision of Lock inserts, earthing straps, door stay and grouted in ground by using angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate. The panel will be prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable, multistranded housed with the following accessories:-

M&L for replacement of floor mounted LT panel board outdoor type factory made and tested (CPRI approved) 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply having busbar chamber 800 Amps Aluminium strip TPN, installed on porcelain insulators, and copper conductor wiring , the panel shall be dust and vermin proof and made up of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame work , powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer out side and in side, front and rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables, IS -694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sq mm and suitable to accomodate and including the following acessories:-

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size drwn throun 40mm GI light grade pipe with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR -2009 Part-I and connecting to earthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick reinforced with mild steel TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all as shown in electrical plate in No 3 of SSR(Pt-I)2009 and including providing earth identification plate (indicating earth test results, earthing number & date of earthing with black paint over white paint back ground) of 1.6mm thick welded with 25x25x5mm angle iron goruted in ground in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- up to 7.5mtr earth strip shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted unit rate.

M&L for in replacement of danger notic plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT system of size 25x20 mm all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and labour for replacement of old rubber insulating mat of size 2Mx1MX25 MM Thick for HT equiment ISI Marked all as specified and direceted.

S& F in replacement insulator pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green including galvanized MS spindle two GI Washers and one GI Nut 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white brown or green including 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball & socket type single disc assemblpy for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying one coat of superior quality enameled aluminium paint on all exposed surface on steel tubular poles (HT Poles) cross arms including all associated fitting after necessary surface preparation of old painted surface complete including marking space for numbering by good quality black paint on steel surface of size 150x100 mm at 1.5 Mtr from thick white paint including providing 3 Nos strips of air force blue colour all as directed. Note : All the required T & P items like ladders, safety belts and helmets etc shall be deemed in the quoted rates. Pole number with location shall be recored in MB

Disconnecting cable connection of LT panel /Feeder Pillor Box of any size and capacity cleaning thoroughly with vaccum cleaner and CRC and shifting care fully to new location , making cable connection for incoming and out going cables along with required cable glands and lugs and foundation work at new location all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated heavy duty electric weather proof flat twin core cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in repairs to phase sequence controler of any capacity & of any make by removing out the burnt wiring from the panel after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the cable, checking it thoroughly for working at auto & manual mode and rectifing them, including overhauling of the contractor, replacement of wornout connector,wiring, nuts & bolts,minor part of contactor etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single phase preventer for phase controler all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
