Boring with casing pipe for tubewell in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting including removing the casing pipe after the tubewell is lowered & tested, equipment as required such as hand boring machine and its accessory,transportation to site and vice versa etc. complete in all respect. Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore. (d) 200 mm nominal diameter (weight 41.6 kg per meter) 8.0mm thickness

Supplying, fixing of lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS: 8110-2000 or latest ISI Marked, Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed Make capable of delivering 465 LPM against a head of 81.00 mtr (coupled with 15.00 BHP electric motor) along with electric panel board consisting of electric appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button or oil immersed Starter, Main Switch, VM, Ampere Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase preventer, Indicating Lamps, Kit-Kat etc. including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size = 50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges , screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts including submersible cable 6 mm2 (Finolex make) complete in all respects as per standard Specifications.

Providing Fixing 3 core submersible flat cable of 6 mm2 (Finolex make) with 50mm dia PVC pipe for submersible cable from tubewell to Pump Chamber including the cost of elbows, bend etc.

Providing & Installing 150 mm dia delivery main (from Tubewell to duck foot bend including cost of C.I D/F Pipes, D/F Sluice Valves, D/F NRV & Specials as C.I. Bends , Tail Piece Tees etc. inside the Pump Chamber as per standard design including construction of V-notch haudie complete in all respects as per Annexure A12-2 & Drawings D-17.

Earthing of sheet metal iron clad switches and metallic cases etc. complete as per CSR item No. 33.13 (c)

Construction of Gravel Pit outside the Pump Chamber (0.90m Dia.) as per standard design & drawings of public health department . As per CSR item no. 28.64

Providing, Stringing out, Cutting, jointing and testing of ISI Marked D.I. Pipe (S & S) as per IS-8329 and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, Jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including cartage including excavation and back filling (CSR item 28.7 (B)
