Providing and placing for Audio System compete with digital 24 Channel mixer, amplifiers, feedback reducer audio effect processor,Connecting Cables, recorder and players and all accessories i/c removing the same after completion of work .

Providing and placing JBL or equivalent speakers complete with all accessories i/c removing the same after completion of work as reqd. at site.

Providing and placing for cordless Mike ( Shure or equivalent ) complete with stand and all accessories i/c removing the same after completion of work as required at site.

Provision of operators for operation of audio system, including transportation charges of all the materials, cableing, and demostration as per requirement at site.

Manpower for shifting chairs Conference Centre to Convention Hall Park and Convention Hall park to Conference Centre
