Dismantling and taking out unserviceable CI/GI/DI steel tubing and connections, bore of pipes 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable CI/GI/DI steel tubing and connections, bore of pipes 40/50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable CI/GI/DI steel tubing and connections, bore of pipes 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable CI/GI/DI steel tubing and connections, bore of pipes 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying steel water tubing both side flange type of 80 mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized with all fittings like nut, bolt etc laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All arrangement & T&P required for connection of pipe in the trenches shall be made by the contractor under their own arrangement at no extra cost.

Supply and laying galvanized iron water tubing 50mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized iron water tubing 40mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized iron water tubing 25mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cast iron non return valve ISI marked 80 mm dia heavy duty both end flanged complete with suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers and rubber packing gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 80 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 50 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 50 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 40 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 25 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 20 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve pit of size 120cmx120cmx120cm(internal dimensions) brick masonry construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), PCC coping in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone graded aggregate, brick masonry in cement (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeding the same mortar, mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm frame, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed mild steel work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rewinding of 20/30HP centrifugal motor by uncoupling the motor from the pump, removing the motor from the foundation and transportation of the motor to the workshop, opening the motor , taking out burnt out winding, preparing the slot for winding and rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size and gauge as existing to make the same cap of motor, varnishing and heat drying including scrapping of old paint & repainting with one coat of grey tinted synthetic enamel paint after motor is reassembled and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and replacement of DOL starter 10 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish surface 10 cm from top using 1:3:6, including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable Polyethylene water storage tank double layered (5000 Ltr)

S&F 5000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layered, ISI engraved (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, the Tanks shall be interconnected to each other by means of 25mm GI pipes at base level complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The staging and GI pipe for the tank shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ here in after.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 30 KVA Liquid (Water) Cooled silent DG Set ( CPCB IV + NORMS COMPLIANCE or Latest CPCB Norms) comprising of Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine Model developing minimum 42 BHP @1500 RPM 30 KVA Alternator rated at Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, Manual Control Panel, Residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 01 Nos 12 Volts DC Battery, battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed ,switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacturer design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board . DG Set should be capable of operating in temperature range (-25* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following.

(A) Prime mover:- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24hrs continuously with 10% over loading for one hrs continuously in every 12 hrs as per BS -649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting and mounted on common base frame with following fittings. (a) RPM cum hour meter (b) Battery charging Ammeter (c) ignition key and starting with push button switch (d)Lubricating Oil pressure gauge (e) Electronic governor controlling Oil temperature gauge (g) 12/24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the following fittings (i)12/24 V Battery (ii)Battery charging alternator (iii) Self starting of suitable capacity (iv) Battery leads of copper cable with brass thimbles and terminals. (v) Starting gear engine.

(B) Alternator.:- Alternator rating 30 KVA,3 phase,4wire,415 Volts 50C/S supply directed at site condition i.e 1800 mtr above MSL 0.8 Pf running @ 1500 RPM self excited,self regulated, mounted on strong fabricated steel frame, suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be confirming to BS-2613 or IS -4722.

(D) Other fittings.:- (i)Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes , capacitor and resistances etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all times whenever the electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) In built Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions capable for12 hrs running of DG Set inside the canopy base with all connecting pipes upto fuel pump and including oil level indicating gauge drain air vent plug etc. (Note : The rates of this items including the commissioning & testing complete (POL for DG Set testing will be issued by concern unit)

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60×60cm×6mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32 x 6mm as earthling lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron

all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES schedule and connected to earthling test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cm x 30cm x 45 cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, GI Tubing etc & testing on completion all as specified. Note :- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified. The unit rate also includes earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5mtr from top of earth plate.

Supply and Laying ,jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,cross section area 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete laid in trenches, ducts or fix to pipe, on walls, poles complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tubes light grade GI tubing 80 mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size including provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The scope of work includes the following:-

(a) Incoming

(i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 63 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity - 01 Nos .

(ii) Voltmeter 0-500 volts, square, 144 mm, digital type, - 01 No

(iii) Ammeter size 144 mm, square dial, digital type, - 01 No

(iv) LED Indicating lamps : 01 set of three

(vi) Secure 3 Phase, 1 Element, 4 Wire 440 V Digital Power Factor Meter .01 Nos

(vii) Change over 63 A 4 Pole : 01 Nos

(viii) Current & Potential Transformer as per manufacturer design : 01 Nos

(b) Outgoing

(i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 40 Amps rating and 25 KA rupturing capacity - 02 Nos.

(c) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road level.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete as type C-2 1:3:6 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class soft-wood as in scantling wrought complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
