TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS AT TAMULPUR MILITARY STATION UNDER GE RANGIA

The Term Contract area is contained within the boundary covering the Army unit/ MES Complex located in Tamulpur as mentioned below:- TERM CONTRACT to perform such services and execute such work on the terms and conditions contained/ referred to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 during the period of one year from the date of accepnce of the tender, at the rates contained in the aforsaid MES Schedule 2020. Following will be referred to as guiding documents for work execution: 1. Particulars specification of tender documents. 2. MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-I, 2009 (specifications) and Part-II, 2020 (Rates), (here-in-after and IAFW-2249 referred to as the "MES Schedule") including amendment. 3. General Conditions of Contracts, IAFW-2249, (1989 print) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment 1 to 49. 4. Water will be suppled by the MES and shall be paid for by the contractor to the department at the rate of Rs. 3.75 per every Rs. 1000.00 worth of work done priced at contract rates. Notes:for Artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of rates. NOTE:- a) No work shall be ordered on the contract outside the limits of the area as defined in the tender documents. b) Map showing the locations of different units covered within the scope of this Term Contracts can be referred by the tenders in the Office of the GE Rangia or in the office of concerned AGE B/R-I on any working day during working hours. c) The work site lies at Tamulpur within the state of Assam. GST on works contract as per prevaling rate, pronounced, by the Govt or any amendment thereof being issued till receipt of the tender will have to be paid by the contractor. Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to have been included the above aspect and no claim in this regards what-so-ever shall be entertained. Also the quoted rate shall be deemed to include labour welfare cess as applicable. d) The total estimated cost of any single work order, Job or services defined shall not exceed Rs. 1,50,000.00 Note : 1) Tenderer shall complete the following cell (i) Bidder name in B8 (ii) Selection of above or below %age sign using drop down at E16 (iii) Insert % over/below SSR 2020 Part II in Row F16. 2. Entries at Row 13 will show quoted amount in against 100 rupees of work done. 3. Entries of Row 13 are only for guidance. Only entries of E6 will be taken into account.
