Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/ lime concrete as in ground floor N .exceeding 15cm thickness including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone (550x550mm) flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Kota stone in S /case should be provided in single peice upto 1.5 m length complete all as specified and directed.

Alll as per item No 6.00 but kota stone slab (100/150mm x 550mm) and 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting , dados and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering to receive the stone in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 20mm thick granite stone slabs over and including 15 mm thick screed layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone incl rubbing & polishing complete including dismantling old stone /tiles fixed in any mortar and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated, machine pressed heavy duty of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and with pigments in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C – 1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster incl racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to brick/conc wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Including Taking down cement plaster incl racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 13 but in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of cement base paint on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L one coat of cement base paint on old or new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less , floor to laid in panels and joint to be filled with join filliing sealing coumpound grade B or suitable material as directed by Engr-in-charge. use and waste to be provided by contractor with out any additional cost complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B – 1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Floor/path and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Renewing cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick of Size 300mmX300mm in patches, area n. exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting over 20mmthick screed bed of CM(1:4), jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.50mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets,laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors ®including dismantling of old tile/sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chequered cement concrete tiles size of tiles to be provide as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
