Attending of electrical complaints at Main power house such as tripping of main/ distribution feeders, low/ high voltage, fluctuation of voltage, no light and not working of security lights any type including high mast from panel/ pole/ transformer and any other sort of complaint in distribution system, cables etc of main 11 KV HT/ 0.433 KV LT distribution system, at J-1 power house round the clock and rectification of fault, after visual check to HT/ LT cables and HT/ LT panels, by repairing tightening of joints, replacement of burnt/ overheated joints/ thimbles/ leads etc and restoration of electric supply in minimum time including day to day maintenance, tightening of all nuts, bolts in VCBs, LT panels, transformers, cleaning of all electric joints, checking of all earth connections, re-tighting, cleaning and maintenance of all earth pits, maintaining of necessary documents such as log sheets, attendance register as per standard format and routine cleanness of installations by cutting of grass/ shrubs/ cleaning of debris complete all as directed comprising with the following: - (a) HT VCBs - 12 Nos (ESS-I, II) (b) Distribution transformers step down 11 KV/ 0.433 KV of capacity 400 KVA to 630 KVA - 05 Nos (c) LT Panels/ Feeder Pillars/ APFC Panels

Operation & maintenance of HT panels 11 KV including maintaining of record of tripping, load state etc round the clock (03 shifts per day) by deploying one electrician having ITI qualification with minimum 2 years experience or minimum 5 years experience in respective trade and one helper to assist the services having minimum 2 years experience in respective trade, (including electricians will be provided with mobile phone without camera) including necessary T&P and comprising of following equipments complete all as specified and directed :- (a) HT VCBs - 12 Nos (ESS-I, II) (b) Distribution transformers step down 11 KV/ 0.433 KV of capacity 400 KVA to 630 KVA - 05 Nos (c) LT Panels/ Feeder Pillars/ APFC Panels

Attending of complaints of refrigeration, AC such as not working of Split AC water cooler, refrigerators and deep freezers etc., required to make the item functional round the clock by deploying skilled suitable tradesman including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Manning & Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant installed and maintain all the parameters as per CPCB norms by adding all the chemicals/ chlorine liquid as required by employing One No. of Operator (ITI –Electrical / Fitter) having ITI qualification with minimum 2 yrs experience or matriculate with minimum 2 years experience in respective trade and two helper to assist the services in 02 shifts per day (each shift of 08 Hrs), maintain cleanliness of the complete installations by cutting of grass/ shrubs/ cleaning of debris, repair/ replacement of minor parts consisting of following :- (a) Air Blower motor 20 HP - 02 Nos (b) Sludge pump motors 2 HP - 02 Nos (c) Filter feed pump 5 Hp - 02 Nos (d) Submersible sewage motor 2 HP - 02 Nos (e) Garden w/s motor 10 HP - 02 Nos (f) Press for dry sludge 1.5 Hp - 01 No (g) Feed sludge motor from press 1.5 Hp - 02 Nos (h) DG Set 125 KVA - 01 No. (j) Testing of treated water from approved lab of Punjab Pollution Control Board to check all parameters of treated water per month

Manning & Operation of water supply installation including operation of valves and back washing of pressure filters and firefighting Equipments as and when required, routine cleanness of installations by cutting grass/ shrubs/ cleaning of debris by deploying one operator (Electrician/Fitter) having ITI qualification with minium 2 years experience in respective trade in each shift of 8 hrs round the clock (03 shifts per day), consisting with following :- (a) Raw water lifting pump with motor 20 HP - 04 Nos (b) Clear water pump with motors 10 HP - 03 Nos (c) Agitator motors 0.5 Hp - 02 Nos (d) Chloronome plant - 01 No (e) Water filtration plant - 01 No. (f) DG set 125 KVA - 01 No (g) Fire jockey pump motor 15HP- 01 No. (h) Fire pump electrical operated centrifugal motor pump 75 HP- 01 No. (j) Diesel operated centrifugal pump-75 HP (k) Fire Hydrant-09 No. (l) Electric panel for fire fighting pump- 01 No

Attending complaints of internal electrification received on phone or in person at complaint centre for no light, voltage fluctuations, non working of light fitting, ceiling fans, exhaust fans etc by checking of existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, switches, sockets, switch board, ceiling lights, wall light fittings, ceiling fans, fan regulators, electronic ballast, ceiling rose, MCBs /exhaust fans etc., whichever is required to make the item functional and replacement of any spares shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Note for item No. 1.00 to 6.00 :- (i) Contractor will provide all the tools, plants, transportation as required for maint & operation to workers without extra cost to department (ii) The contractor's rep (Electrician/ water supply operator/ refrigerator mechanic) shall attend all types of electrical/ water supply/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning complaints as directed. (iii) Contractor will employ electricians/ Refrigerator mechanic/ operators & helpers per shift round the clock during all working days including holidays and Sundays. (iv) The complaints given shall be attended within minimum possible time or maximum upto 24 hours. If complaint not attended by the due time Rs. 500/- shall be deducted per complaint per day till the rectification time. (v) No labour employed including contractor at site shall be allowed to possess mobile without camera inside the area. (vi) The contractor shall maintain necessary documents such as log sheets, attendance register, PRRB and record of tests of STP and water supply installation, tripping record and load state of HT panel or any other record as directed by Engineer-in-Charge or as specified in the particular specifications and stationary shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

(vii) The contractor shall maintain cleanliness of the complete installations by dusting/ cutting of grass/ shrubs/ cleaning of debris and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the same and nothing shall be paid extra. (viii) The contractor shall also provide proper uniform confirming of full trousers, shirt, cap with Name and trade tag to the staff deployed for the work as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) Payment record to the electrician, refrigerator mechanic, Operators & helper employed by the contractor for the above work shall be maintained by the contractor, payment should not be less than the minimum wages current rates and record shall be submitted to department duly signed by the staff monthly. (x) Any stores required to attend the complaint and not included in the schedule shall be given by department free for fixing. (xi) Contractor shall be liable to pay penalty as under :- (a) In case of absence from duty for Electrician @ Rs. 700/- per shift and for Helper @ Rs. 500/ per shift. In case of absence from duty, recovery @ of prevailing minimum fair wage shall be done from quoted rate in addition to penalty per shift already mentioned. (b) In case of without uniform for Electrician and Helper Rs. 200/- (Each) per shift.

Attending complaints by deploying labour for repair to leakage/ blockage of water carrying pipes size 25mm to 200mm of any description such as CI/GI/DI, sluice valve at any location including excavation & earth work, cutting existing pipe lines, dewatering etc all as specified. Note : (a) Excavation/ earth work upto 01 meter required will be included in quoted rate (b) Rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive of necessary T&P required. (c) Rectification of defects in any type & size of pipe/ sluice valve etc. including bailing out water if any and all as directed at site (d) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers, gasket of any type and size, cutting of pipe, jointing and other minor parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
