Taking down carefully old point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor (Light / Fan/ Socket/ power Point ) complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, pendent holders, regulators and socket point etc and making good the disturbed surface & wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, in and including conduits and its accessories, including replacement of factory made steel boxes suitable for modular switch/sockets including modular plates of suitable size as per site requirement for the items mentioned in 2.01 to 2.03 here-in-after. (Note: Cutting & chasing, if required, shall be measured/paid under relevant items)

S&F Modular switch 6 amps 250 V AC one way with ISI mark including 6 amps switch frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular switch 16 A SP one way 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular socket 6 A Multi socket for 2 pin and 3 pin 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular socket outlet 16 A-2/3 pin combined 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting mains connection and taking out old submain wiring two single core 6/10 sq mm and one single core 4/6/10 sq mm aluminum conductor cable from the concealed conduit from the wall or ceiling and making good to surface.

M&L submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100V grade heavy duty 2 x 10 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 1x 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multisranded cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- The specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length).

Disconnecting mains connection and taking out old distribution board 8/12 way SPN with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made, sheet steel distribution boards, SPN 8 ways, double door, suitable for mounting MCB, DBs conforming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement MCBs, 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked, of the under mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs (DBs Catered separately in this schedule) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Make of the MCBs should be the same as that of DBs.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class B bricks old size designation 75 laid dry flat all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable underground XLPE/ PVC cable of any size from trenches/ wall/roof/road/pipe/pole including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches etc for reuse or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in replacement LT underground cables, 16 x 4 core,1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured with multistranded aluminum conductors laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Polycab/Finolex/Havells.

M&L for taking out old UNSV lights including poles at site as directed by Engg-in-charge complete all as specified.

M&L for supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 10 metre high mast pole having Top Dia-150mm,Bottom Dia-340mm in single section-4 mm thickness, Hot dip galvanised with all its accessories i.e Head Frame, Lantern carriage suitable for 4 fitting in asymmetrical manner, Double Drum winch, SS wire Rope of 6 mm,2/3 wire system, Trailing Cable, Integral Power Tool, duly primer & painted with polyurethane paint etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.The foundation details shall be as under:- (a) RCC foundation size below GL will be 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1500 mm (depth) (minimum) and above GL shall be 450 mm high of same section. (b) Main reinforcement in RCC shall be 20 mm dia 8 Nos TMT steel bars in vertical and stirrups of 8 mm dia @ 200 mm c/c. (c) Base plate and anchoring plate shall be of minimum size 225 x 225 x 16 mm thick. (d) RCC (grade M20) in foundation. (e) Anchoring bolts shall be of "J"-type 750 mm long and 22 mm dia MS rod.Note: Foundation drawing of manufacturer of pole shall be approved by GE before execution of work at site. Make: Hi-lite or equivalent in CG/Halonix

Supply and fix sports light fitting 480w watt LED complete with suitable bracket , and fixing arrangement like bracket clamp. Make: philips cat part No:-BVP621 LED504/CW 480W 220-240V NB GM or equivalent to Havell/CG.

S&F cable PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts, three core copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm drawn in pole/post/conduit all as specified.

S&F thermoplastic cable junction box with metric knock out for cable entry of size 200x160x98mm with 4 Nos of 200A aluminium busbar mounted on insulators, terminal and provision of din rail for fixing of MCB 10A capacity including fixing with clamp 30x5mm iron flat, nuts, bolts and washer complete including providing of steel conduit of dia 32mm bore of length 1.60 mtr including earth work for taking out of cable and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. of size 20 mm dia.

S&F in replacement of Integral aviation obstruction light luminaires comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate encloser including 230 volts, 50 Hz red coloured complete with all fixing accessories including minimum 01 RM medium grade GI tube of 25 mm bore with suitable reducer & suitable PCC foundation and all standard accessories all as specified. Make: Bajaj/Philips/Wipro.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 25x4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board / test point at the other and watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil all as specified.
