Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work (DSR 13.99.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.13.80

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint andthe like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 13.91

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes DSR 10.30.1

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade 13.112.2 Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking outjoints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement basedpolymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.14.75
