M&L for Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment over roof including PCC of any thickness description in any position including cleaning the surfaces with wire brushing, watering and removing debris up to 1500 mtr distance etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing complete waterproofing treatment to roof surfaces, including laying 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course, and 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, both mixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 0.8% by weight of cement (i.e., 200 ml per 50 kg bag), followed by preparation of the surface by thoroughly cleaning to remove all loose particles, dust and laitance. Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 1.0 kg/Sqm as tack coat, then apply hot blown bitumen grade VG-10 conforming to IS: 702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over a base coat of water-based bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm. Thereafter, lay APP (Atactic Polypropylene) based polymeric waterproofing membrane of minimum 3mm thickness, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (minimum weight 150 gms/Sqm) and total mass not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm with 100 mm overlaps, bonded using torch-on technique as per IS: 16540-2017 / IS: 16532-2017. The membrane surface shall be finished with a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr/Sqm. All materials shall conform to manufacturer’s specifications and IS standards, complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repairs Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium fram work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete including necessary removal of existing electrical fittings and re-fixing in position without disturbing existing connected fittings all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
