Note: The Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc GI based profile pattern steel sheet should be TATA Blue Scope colourbond XRW or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F for 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges ,proper clamping to existing purlins,rafters,wall etc including required butt welding/nut bolting with required MS angle(n.exc. 40x40x6mm)/streep as per site requirement etc completed all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall/stone wall, 75mm wide and 100mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work angle or flat iron section in bands ,straps ,supports or stays for rainwater ventling pipes,including bolts ,if required hook (stay) heavy,for large hasp and staples and staples,chain hand made sliding bolts,clamps,hold fast,wall ties;hooks for hanging fans,plain angle cleats for securing purlin to wood trusses or rafter ;knee pieces inserts;two way and three way straps ,plate washer and similar small articles conferming to Fe 290 GDE E-165, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel work in rolled/tubular section, purlins, rafter,tubler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with sub class 'B' modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as sepcified and as directed

S&F for 6 mm thick asbestos free calcium silicate board of size 600x600 mm fixed, including GI snap grid of size (600x600)mm, using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-coated capping, main tee of size 24 x 38mm having 0.27mm gauge at every 1200mm, centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24x 32mm, having 0.25mm gauge at 1200mm c/c. Wall angle of size 19x 19mm, having 0.35mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm c/c in both directions using 2.0 mm thick pre-straightened GI wire completed all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter chennel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm susoended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with clips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre completed all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 8 mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, inluding finishing the joint of face board with specially formulatted jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish (frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)completed all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for seamless PVC False Ceiling frame work is done with three different sections of G.I. sheet of 24 gauge thickness named as Intermediate Channel, Ceiling Section and perimeter Channel. The section is fixed with Ceiling hangers at an equal distance of 36" each and then Ceiling Section section si fixed perpendicular on inermediate Channel section with steel screws at an equal distance of 16" each. The complete frame work is supported by G.I. ceiling angle / soffit cleat from all around the wall as shown in the diagram. 5mm PVC sheet strips of size 2" wide are ceiling Section section. Further 5mm PVC sheet is stuck to these PVC strips with solvent cement such that joining lines are perfectly matched. P.U. putty is filled, dried and leveled and requisite coats of primer and paint is done on the ceiling for getting fine surface finish etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.Make:-Rajshree co.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position,Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. exc.500 but n.exc. 1000 ltr complete all as spesified and directed at site.

Dismantling water tanks of any size or capacity and removing to store capacity 500 ltr

S&F for 500 litres tripple layer white colour anti-bacterials rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (three layered cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I completed all as specified and directed at site.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.Make:- SUPER LATEX or DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD and PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible roof and edges (vertical or tapered) etc. in following sequence:- (i) Properly cleaning and drying the surface (ii) rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on concrete surfaces incld WPC (iii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg/Sqm (iv) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane of not less than 3 kg per sqm and not less than 3 mm thick, with 100mm overlaps, sealed and bonded to the surface by 'torchon' method (v) Applying coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 200gm/Sqm (in two coats of 100gm each) complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.(Make:-STP or equ.)

Supply and Fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore, any radius, diminishing pieces or tapers complete all as directed and specified.

S&F PVC prelam sheet wall paneling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels having size 1.22 M x 2.44 M stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet of 600 Kg/cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have in their centre a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth of sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strip. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fastners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joints of two panel for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of grid may vary depending on the size of wall. M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured,textured, designed as required area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in (1:6) CM complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured ,textured, designed as required in vertical surface 300X200x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for scratch free vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
