   (i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender. (ii) The bidder confirms that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for evaluation of financial offer. iii) (a) Regarding MSE purchase preference firms, please refer clause 15.0 part B of Southern Railway Stores tender conditions (copy enclosed) (b) Goods and service Tax: Please refer part A Para 14.0 of Southern Railway Stores tender conditions (copy enclosed). (iv) Procurement of the item is restricted to Local suppliers with minimum local content of 20% (Class-I or Class-II Local supplier as defined in Railway Board letter no: No.2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt.1 dated 25.09.2020) only and the vendors who do not qualify to be "Local suppliers" (i.e., "Non-Local suppliers" with local content less than 20%) should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a "Local supplier" for the tendered item participates in the tender, it does so at it's own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.
