Material and labour for joint free and coloured non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron and vertical surfaces, laid dry or laid dry and pointed and & removing clear off site after credit is recovered by Dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for granite (of any type) , 20mm thick, machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for edge moulding to 20mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Material and labour for machine cut, machine polished, marble slab 18 to 20mm thick as in jambs and cills of windows etc , set, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble slab laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for edge moulding to 18 to 20mm thick marble stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..
