M&L in replacement for submain wiring two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor, 3 x 2.5 sqmm drawn through and inclduing PVC conduit fixed to poles with saddles and screws and all as specified and directed. Note :- One run of PVC conduit, two runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 Sq mm cable earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M&L in replacement for submain wiring two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor, 3 x 4 sqmm drawn through and inclduing PVC conduit fixed to poles with saddles and screws and all as specified and directed. Note :- One run of PVC conduit, two runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sq mm cable earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC junction box outdoor type of size 30x20cm with PVC door etc for cable incoming and outdoing from bottom, comprising of one MCB SP 6-32 Amps 10KA, C-Curve cable glands suitable and one porcelein connector four way completed fixed on wall/pole with necessary clamps, screw etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps 10KA C curve complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable cable from trench/wall/floor of2/3.5/4 Core 10 to 25 Sqmm sizes complete all as directed.

Supply and Laying in replacement in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric cables, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 volts grade for the following sizes :-

4 Core 25 Sqmm

4 Core 16 Sqmm

2 Core 16 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n exc. 1.5m in depth for laying cables in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in using excavated soil inluding, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified. Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or eauivalent make mentioned in list of makes in PS.

Dismantling the old unserviceable damaged RCC/steel poles any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install in replacement of Tubular steel poles shall be swaged type & shall conform to IS 2713 (Parts 1 to 3) 1980. A through hole of 14 mm diameter shall be provided in each pole at a height of 300 mm above the planting depth for earthing arrangements. Finials and base plate shall be of cast iron and conform to the details given in fig. 3 and 4 of the Standard (I.S. 2713 Part 1 to 3-1980). Protection Against Corrosion The poles shall be coated with two coasts of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior with two coat of emulsion paint including aluminium paint to GI bracket for street lights and two coats of zebra marking with enamel from ground level and upto 1 mtr hight including white washing the coping and cleaning the bushes surrounding the pole bottom upto 1 mtr width with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 31,(9.0 Mtr long) all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation for poles.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping for poles.

S & F in replacement of Decorative Post - Top, 40 Watts for 360 degree indirect light Resitant to impact and corrision, Glare free and better uniformity IP 65 protection. Make: Philips : BPG161 LED2500/NW PSU 220-240 or eauivalent make mentioned in list of makes in PS.

S&F in replacement of LED Bollard Light fitting 10 W 230 V. Make: CG Cat No. : LBLSN-10-CDL ) or eauivalent make mentioned in list of makes in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement of security light fitting in powder coated pressure die aluminium SMD LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens of 30 Watts, 240 Volts and accessories complete mounted on 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe bracket 1.5 mtr long bent to shape, mounted on wall,connection complete including taking down old unserviceable CFL/tube light security light fitting all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement of flood light 120W LED fitting powder coated pressure die aluminium SMD LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens including suitable size of inbuilt electronic driver with all accessories complete as directed at site. M&L for painting of steel tubular 7.5 mtr long poles after preparing old paint surfaces with two coat of Aluminium paint and two coats of zebra marking with enamel paint of approved make from ground level & upto 1 mtr high including white washing the coping including numbering and painting the pole terminal box all as directed.

All as per item No. 34 above but RCC poles 7.5 mtr long with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved make all as directed.

Dismantling/taking down carefully street light fitting of any wattage or type from pole/building for repair or replacement of unserviceable spares of burnt/worn out accessories such as LED/HPSV light, Driver, corrugated steel cross arms, cable etc for 25/70/150/250 W light fitting etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Driver, ballast, igniter, capacitor, lamp etc will be measured and paid separately

Refixing after repairs street light fitting for 70/150/250W LED/HPSV fitting after replacing unserviceable spares such as SV lamp, ignitor, ballast, lamp holder and capacitor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note : Earth strip/GI wire upto 7.5 shall be inclusive of quoted rate.
