Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections alongwith bib tap, stop cocks and other fittings including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed :-

15mm bore.

20mm bore.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on external surface of brick or concrete and finished the surface even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfified and directed. (Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of any discription and applying two coats of water based acrylic antifungal / weather proof exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) over a coat of primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed. (Make : For weather proof paint -Apex Ultima of Asian, weather shield MAX of ICI/Dulux, weather coat long life of Beger, Acroguard 3X of Acro paint, Excel Total of Nerolac) Note : (i) Make of paint and primer shall be same. (ii) camouflage pattern shall be approved by the GE

M & L for preparing old or previously treated walls surfaces by brooming down or with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of water based acrylic antifungal/weather proof exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) on walls complete all as specified and directed. (Make : For weather proof paint -Apex Ultima of Asian, weather shield MAX of ICI/Dulux, weather coat long life of Beger, Acroguard 3X of Acro paint, Excel Total of Nerolac) Note: camouflage pattern shall be approved by the GE

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15mm bore.

20mm bore.

Fixing only old serviceable steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all new fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15mm bore.

20mm bore.

S & F in repairs rotational moulded HDPE water storage tank tripple layer (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed for following capacities :- Note : PVC tanks shall be ISI marked and having two layers.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconnectings and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. for the following capacities of tanks complete all as specified and directed for following items :-.

PVC water tank of capacity 250 ltr to 500 ltr

PVC water tank of capacity 500 ltr to 1000 ltr

M & L for writing letters, figures, index, arrows etc not exc 30cm in height using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of colour as directed on PCC/PVC water tanks completed all as specified and directed.
