Taking up or down 15mm Bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for 15 mm bore steel water tubing 'Medium Grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors.complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

All as per above item No 5 but using old serviceable pipes 15 mm bore dismantled under item No 4 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm Bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge..

S & F for 20 mm bore Steel Water Tubing 'Medium Grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

All as per above item No. 8 but using old serviceable pipes 20 mm bore dismantled under item No. 7 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up or down 25mm Bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge..

S & F for 25 mm bore steel water tubing 'Medium Grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No 11 but using old serviceable pipes 25 mm bore dismantled under item No 10 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical top) hoisted and fixed in position complete 500 litre capacity including necessary fittings and dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

S&F 20mm bore dia of pipe Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 20mm -210 gms )complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore dia of pipe Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 20mm -210 gms )complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair covers for PVC over head water tanks 300/500/1000 ltrs capacity (as per sample) complete all as directed.

Dewatering the PVC water tank of capacity upto 500 ltrs cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter “date of clearance, Date, month and year“ with black/white base painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Periodicity will be assessed by the Engineer-in-Charge according to site condition complete all as directed.

All as per above item No 18 but for tank of capacity 1000tr.

S&F in repair 15mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete a as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 20 but of 20mm bore dia.

All as per above Item No 20 but of 25mm bore dia.

S&F in repair 15mm Bib taps, fancy type, chromium pated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule andfixed as reqd and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

S&F in repair 15mm Stop valves/ angle valve, fancy type, chromium pated, cast copper alloy, screwed down,high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed as reqd and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic (digital glossy finish) coloured tiles 4500x300x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces, alongwith high lighter tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colour cement to match over, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on walls built in cement mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth w/o using extra Cement complete all as directed and specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
