Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting power roller exc 8 tonne not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled of grading 1 (90 to 45 mm size), surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), in two layers (75 mm thick each layer) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with motor grader and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a premix/tack coat of catonic bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) confirming to IS: 8887 at the rate of 0.7 Kg per Sqm as per manufacturer's instructions and tack coat with paving bituminous primer of grade VD-10 @ 4Kg/10 Sqm on surfaces treated with primer using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, laying, spreading premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous macadam in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 4% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BM shall be worked out from MNIT Jaipur/MBM Jodhpur/ Govt Engineering Collage/Lab/ CTL for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Department and same be submitted to the Accepting Officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on Minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/Kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on Plus side. (ii) The bituminous macadam (BM) shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MoRTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. (iii) Job mix formula shall be approved by CWE

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of catonic bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) confirming to IS: 8887 at the rate of 0.7-1.0 Kg per Sqm as per manufacturer's instructions on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table-500-3 of Morth specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of Premix Bituminous Concrete with crushed aggregates of grading 2 as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Paving bitumen bitumen of Grade VG-30 for Bituminous Concrete shall be used and procured by the contractor under his own arrangement and at his own cost. (ii) Cost of all the materials, T&P, labour etc. required for preparation of surfaces, applying tack coat, providing and laying bituminous concrete including procurement of bitumen as specified here-in-before, stone aggregates & sand, cement etc., rolling and all other elements required for entire completion of the job shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation to newly concrete painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavationin any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10 Sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavted soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Cat eye solar reflective shall be of Model “DA 972’ of make ‘DARK EYE’ or equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

S&F delineator with ABS round body with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA ( Polymethyl Methacrylate) and mounted on 50mm dia duly powder coated, antirust, anti theft steel net, overall 600mm height, delineator shall be fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 150x150x300mm deep, including necessary excavation & earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Delineator shall be of Model “DA 952 GP’ of make ‘DARK EYE’ or equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of gauge exc 63mm but n.exc 100mm, deposited, stread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block (Red/Yellow) with grey cement and pigment (Rubber moulded coloured interlock Red/Yellow tiles with Glossy finish) of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness and of Grade M-35 laid over sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for Sand filling 25 mm thick consolidated thickness in floors below interlocking tiles and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair or other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound , approved make, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete louvers and jallies 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick (measured soild), including all mouldings and set in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe 410 W (Gde E 250) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts, not exc 12mm dia, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description n. exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
