M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including removing by brooming down all dust, dirt and all loose scales by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls comlpete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but on ceiling comlpete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above but one coat of colour wash on walls comlpete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent slats and trating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of weather coat exterior grade paint comlpete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent slats and trating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of weather coat exterior grade paint over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement based paint comlpete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but on ceiling comlpete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 1mm thick (two layers 0.5mm each) birla white wall care putty to fill up the depression and rubbing with sand paper to achieve a levelled and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer on surfaces of internal walls complete all as specified and directed.
