Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams clear span above 4 m to 8 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embeded in concrete ,brickwork ,masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed on concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed work under 40 sq. cm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and scantaling.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC on second layer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as iridges, hips, valley cutters, eave board etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses/purlins/rafts/post etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1239 complete as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised doors/windows /ventilators/partitions etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete with frames, shutters and grills, etc (The design/pattern, profile size & other dimensions shall be all as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site) including aluminium handles, tower bolts, grills, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Floor door spring, sheet glass, wire cloth, lock, etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 4 mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in squares not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinfocements will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick pre polished machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and including cement screed 15 mm thick (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles of size 450X 350X 6-7mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing course in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing post constructional anti termite treatment by making hole of 12mm dia to be drilled at 300mm apart at the junction of external and internal wall with floor and construction /expansion joint , if any, ground floor only and pouring the emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole and plugging the same with white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work such as chowkats of wooden doors, window, ventilators, loft, wardrobes, etc by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosin based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1000 liters rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position including necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I including dismantling of old existing water tank and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles, textured finished of size 250x250x25mm / 300x300x25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement cement and pigment in floors to match with colour tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

One light/ Fan/Bell point controlled by one no one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLS) ISI marked drawing in and including 20mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed and conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of PVC Conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLS) ISI marked drawing in and including 20mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed and conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing as in repair MCB, SP, 240 volts, C Curve, 10-32 Amps, 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp, 240 volt, 10KA, C series complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing as in repair LED security light fitting 35 Watt, new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 roadway luminaire with high power LED source with acrylic cover complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No.TRP-400-35-57-SL-LM-NSR or Equivalent approved make as specified in particular specification.

M&L for 40mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed as bracket, on wall any type, not less than 1.5 m long and bent to shape as required complete with sutiable clamp made out of 25x4mm Flat iron duly fixed 12mm dia nuts, bolts, washers etc fixed to pole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of 25X4 mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Supply and fixing / Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm x 3.5core, 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT OUTDOOR feeder pillar box CPRI Approved AC 415 V, 50 HZ 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, suitable for indoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick with CPRI approved CRCA steel sheet of Size (0.9 x 0.9 x 0.6)m with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50X50X5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated, complete as in repair complete all as specified and directed. (a) BUS BAR : Aluminium bus bar 160 Amps , supported on non hygroscopic fibres and brass screws for mounting -04 Nos (b) INCOMER :S&F main incoming MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts with thermal magnetic release of rupturing capacity of 36 KA of 100 Amps- 01 Nos. S&F single pointed, Air termination, sigle pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long (99.9% molecularly copper) on GI pipe 50mm with 20x3mm MS clamps, nut bolt bracing etc, required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cross arms will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal headed screws including suitable sheet metal powder coated enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium strip of size 25mmx3.15mm thick complete with epoxy insulators at every one mtr distance at normal run and 60cm at every corner and edges of bld tarrace and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 40mm bore light grade GI pipe with all fittings fixed complete to wall/ceiling/laid under floors complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations of pole/stay/angle/pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete as in repiar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick complete with saddle and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade water tube with all fittings like socket/union/Tee/Reducer/ Nipple etc laid in trenches /floor/pillar and connection in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of earth work like Excavation, returing and filling and removal will be measured and paid seperatley under relevant item of schedule.

M&L for 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade water tube with all fittings like socket/union/Tee/Reducer/ Nipple etc laid in trenches /floor/pillar and connection in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of earth work like Excavation, returing and filling and removal will be measured and paid seperatley under relevant item of schedule.

S&F 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, cast copper alloy screwd down high pressure with clutch handle screwed both ends for iron pipe including all fittings and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
