Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layar on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Demolation of mud puska and removing on roof any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof ,thickness at khurra as 50mmand maintain a slope of 1:100 throughout the span of roof using water proofing compound finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops/ coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for the following roof treatment. (a) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick weight not less than 3.60kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applying one coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm.

Taking out old damaged tar felt of any description from roof tops including cleaning, washing and drying the surface before applying roof treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cmX 20cmX25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over 15 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in cm 1:4 with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.
