Providing and laying full body vitrified tile in floor of minimum thickness 15 mm with water absorption less than 0.06% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, brand and manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.30 kg / sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The slab must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of slab will be done with the help of notch trowel, wedge, clips of required thickness, vacuum cups for lifting, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the slab gently and easily. Size of tile 800x2400mm of all colours and shades.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing glazing in wooden door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket/grooves/rebate etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . With toughened glass panes of 12 mm thickness

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Grading roof for water proofing treatment with With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

ELECTRICAL WORKS

SH: I Internal Wiring and Light Fixtures

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of recess mounted 18/20W- round LED complete with all accessories including modification/cutting/finishing of existing cutouts of gysum false ceiling to install the new fittings, connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. complete as required as per actual site requirements.

OUTDOOR UNIT Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/ Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5, item includes providing suitable MS supports/base frame including vibration pads, cutting, fabrication, painting as per approved manufactures drawing complete as required.
