REPAIR TO ROAD, RE-SURFACING AND PAVEMENT TO ROADS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

M&L for repair to pot holes exc 30mm depth and n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (Including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top / concrete surfaces than applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying bituminous premix asphaltic Semi-dense concrete (SDAC), 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen any penetration VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled compacted with using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradent mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The design mix for semi-demse concrete (SDAC) shall be got done from approved Lab. The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 2.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803.4.1 including sub clause on bituminous surfaces in white/yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MORTH specification 803.4.2 including sub clause complete all as specified and directed. Note - Morth specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F in repair cat eye/road studs made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lense on both side of colour- Yellow/Red/Amber for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with BT-69 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and specified as directed of Make: series 290 of 3M or equivalent in Road Star/Dark Eyes/Oscar/Sinor.

S&F in repair Solar cat eye of size (mm) 125L x 125B x 25H including stem height 65mm approx housing dia cast aluminium alloy shell, fully waterproof according to IP 67, visual distance upto 500mtr with 6 super bright yellow/red/amber led (3 Nos each side) with flash frequency 2 Hz including solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, one Ni-Cd/Ni-mh rechargeable battery 1.2V/1600MA, temprature range 10C to 75C fixed on road for roadway sign complete as per manufacturer’s instruction and approved by GE. Model-DA 110 (DHURV) series of Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M/Road Star/Oscar/Sinor.

S&F in repair delineators made out of 75 mm dia, heavy duty mild steel powder coated pipe of length 1200 mm with ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA mounted on it with anti rust and anti theft steel net having weight approx 1760grms, Including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and embeding the delineator on ground with hold fast using PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone agregate) (minimum PCC block size 300mmx300mmx300mm) for proper grouting complete all as specified and directed. Make as model No DA 74 in Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M/Road Star/Oscar/Sinor.

S&F in rep ABS plastic speed bump/speed breakers in parabolic convex shape and of size 750 mm x 250 mm x 70 mm made out of steady plastic, dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bump perfectly uniform, bump made out of precolourd material (black/yellow) and UV stablizers to keep them perfectly colourful, studded with reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible to motorists during night hours complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for road side convex mirror of size 800mm dia(material polycarbonate) mounted on MS pipe of 2.10mtr long and dia of pipe is 80 mm embedded with PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) including RFR, removal and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in MS pipe including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and embeding the delineator on ground with hold fast using PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone agregate) (minimum PCC block size 300mmx300mmx300mm) for proper grouting complete.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size retrieve from above item no.11 complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete of design as approved by GE Complete all as specified and directed & incl demolition of kerb stone.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate type) C-2 as in foundation, filling and Mass concrete etc complete & incl demolition of cement concrete.

Complete removal of extisting finishes,Preparation of old decorated surface of cement or plastered surfaces, Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint ( glossy type) over a coat of priming paint plaster as per pattern and colour approved by GE complete all as spd and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of cement or plastered surfaces, Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel round, rectangular or square tube frame supported/fixed with nut and bolts over round stainless steel tubular legs of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps, all stainless steel parts should be bright polished confirming to stainless steel grade 304 , imposed on section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs high intensity reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet of 3 mm thick, revited to frame of round, rectangular or square tube, Sign board should be reflective with HIP sheet and overlay film of White/Red/Yellow colour with computer designed/cut letters, Logo/Symbols, road sign indicators and boarders. Letters size not exceeding 200 mm hight and designed as per board size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation or fixing sign boards in ground and making good of ground complete all as specified and directed.
