Deputation of expert Engineer/ Specialist (FSE - Mechanical) Specialist field service engineer (FSE MECHANICAL) has to carry out supervision of Overhauling / Technical Audit / Troubleshooting / Start up activity for MAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS make compressors / air blowers and its auxiliaries like drive turbines along with its auxiliaries in all refineries as per the requirement. After the completion of job, detailed report on the overhauling/ troubleshooting activities carried out is required to be submitted. Report shall include all the measured values/ clearances before and after the job in proper format along with the recommended value, detailed description and recommendation regarding condition of the spares installed alongwith their photographs. Field service engineer has to also do the troubleshooting job related to any problem of compressor / air blowers. All tools & tackles as applicable, manpower and consumables will be in the scope of IOCL. Normal working hours of service engineer shall be depending upon the respective units working hours with one hour recess for lunch.
