Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings),depth of pothholes exceeding 30mm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm using with paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, mixed in automatic hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for liquid seal coat using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 6.3mm size of stone chipping @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines stop line dashe arrow etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striple reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as pr manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm bore highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm bore mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.45 V/0.30 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.20V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and rough to receive tiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick coloured, machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floor including well ramming for laying of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, polygonal rubble walling brought up to course built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work as in precast bond stone set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
