Supplying and fixing of Tail pipece made out MS ERW pipe heavy grade 100 mm dia upto 1.5m in length suitable for submersible pump upto 30 HP including making arrangements for fixing of tie rod, cutting thread & welding flange all as per site requirement including taking out old tail , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection of submersible pump set of any size from existing system water supply & electrical and Taking out / uplifting the unservicable pump set from deep borewell with disconnected from lowering pipe line of any size with manual or suitable electric driven chain pully upto 240 ft depth reassembling after neccesary repair and re-lowering the pump set in same borewell re-connection of , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Repair of unserviceable pump set will be paid separately. (ii) All type of T/P required to complete the job will be arranged by contractor. (iii) Job will be done round -o-clock continued as per site requirement as directed by AGE. (iv) Delay in job will be charged on the basis of Rs. 500/- per hour. (v) Items required for motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, valcanised rubber / puncture tube etc will be provided by the contarctor to complete the work and rate as deemed to be quoted in unit rate no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

Supplying and fixing of rubber gasket 3 mm thick (packing ring) suitable for 100 bore flange lowering pipe cut type including taking out old gasket , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of rubber gasket 3 mm thick (packing ring) suitable for 150 bore flange lowering pipe cut type including taking out old gasket , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in soft/loose soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

Protection of cable with one layer of bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of galvanised mild steel pipe / tubing, 80 mm bore dia, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified. Note:- Excavation & Earth work, mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fixing of assembly to spair parts of submersible pump cap.15 HP suitable for and upto 12 stages not less than 07 stages incluiding bearing, bush, shaft, bowels, thrust bearing, bronze impellers and cashing of pump etc comprising / suitable for directly coupled with motor cast iron body for 250 mm dia borewell multi-stages ,discharge of 1000 LPM at 91 Metre head and complete with suitable end connecting tail piece ,NRV etc including taking out old assembly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
